This position is with a world-renowned company that utilizes eye-tracking and eye control products to conduct various types of market research. The person in this role will work with key clients to design, manage and execute primary market research and user experience projects to meet the client's objectives, timeline and budget. The ideal candidate must be able to gain clients' confidence and to offer tactical and consultative expertise in research design, methods and analysis. Internally, the candidate will work with the sales team in prospecting and cultivating new business relationships and with the Training and Research Department on planning, analysis, and case development. This position will also initially include training and training support responsibilities.
Use client RFPs to design a research plan to meet stated objectives, scope, timeline and budget.
Independently carry out eye tracking fieldwork including moderating experiments, establishing and managing positive interaction with other researchers, site hosts, and participants.
Assist with and coordinate internal and external resources (analysts, report writers and administrators) to efficiently get projects completed on time.
Write executive-level top-line Word/PowerPoint research findings promptly at the conclusion of research. Develop full reports that deliver actionable results and recommendations to clients.
Have a working knowledge of statistical methods used in market research and how to discern each method's benefit and use, as well as the ability to explain these methods to clients.
Deliver professional in-person presentations to senior executives.
Provide support for training activities including content and case development.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, educational or educational psychology research, market research, or similar field
1-2 years vendor and/or client primary market research experience
The proven ability to quickly take raw data and then create concise, insightful presentations in PowerPoint
Strong research presentation skills
